Garden on 4/3/04

The bulbs I planted last fall are bearing fruit!  Right now the crocuses are blooming, and the daffodils have partially emerged.

My empty beds are waiting on deliveries of roses and perennials (if the cold weather ever ends!), and I'm looking forward to seeing the fruits of those labors!  I'm also eagerly awaiting the emergence of all the perennials I planted last fall.  Right now, most of my planted daylilies are emerging -- we'll see how they look in a few months!

I still don't know what to do with that collapsed grape arbor and the overgrown grape vines, though.

Don't know what this is, but it's blooming!

But what to do with the grape vines and remains of the arbor?
