Fire Damage
Here's some photos illustrating the effects of the 1998 fire on Yellowstone. We saw a lot of blackened sentinels
surrounded by baby trees. The wildflowers were everywhere, thriving after the fire. The contours of the mountains,
valleys, and hills were more evident when not covered in lodgepole pines.
